Today I experienced one of the experiences that a lover of good beer have to try: a tasting of craft beers. Skeptical at first, I had to change my mind very well organized event by the staff of " But you came to Fà " and "Bir & Fud" (Via Benedetta). The tasting of beers took place in the background with the wise Kuaska explaining the features and the possible pairings of beers and discuss with culinary master brewers that have produced about their origin and their peculiarities. See in one place so much knowledge and love for this delicious nectar has warmed this cold Afternoon Roman ... Obviously the beers we have put them, whereas in style Christmas, almost all had an alcohol content above 10 degrees. To soften the transition between a beer and the other, they were taken really good appetizers (I definitely have the recipe for meatballs).
The origin of the beer was mostly with northern Lombardy ( Brewery Lambrate , Extraomnes ) and Piedmont (Troll Brewery, Brewery St. Paul) on his head but the center is
was well represented by Birra Del Borgo. Economically speaking the cost of the event was twenty euro per person but I assure you that have been money well spent: taste like beer, some even made for the first time to the public, to speak with those who produce and hear interesting anecdotes Kuaska definitely worth the price.
What else to say except that the next event I'll be there for sure, maybe book (since this time we were half-posted).
