OUR STAFF! ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL PROMOTION
Article 1. - E 'consists of the Association of Social Promotion "Liberagiochi" is a loose association of fact, non-political, with unlimited duration and non-profit, regulated under Title III, Chapter I, Art. 36 et seq. of the Civil Code and of this Statute.
Article 2. - The Association "Liberagiochi" pursues the following purposes:

spread the culture, cinema, photography, crafts, writing, welfare and the arts in the youth, children and non

broaden the understanding of literary and artistic culture in general, through contact between people, organizations and associations;

broaden educational horizons of educators, teachers and social workers in cultural, film, literary, artistic, that they may pass on the love of artistic culture in general as an asset for the individual and social value;

itself as a meeting place and aggregation in name of cultural interests fulfilling the social function of maturation and growth in human and civil, through the ideal of permanent

be a point of reference for those who are disadvantaged or disabled, can be found in the various facets and expressions of artistic culture, and creative image, a relief to their distress.
Article 3. - The association "Liberagiochi" to achieve its goals, aims to promote various activities, in particular:

cultural activities conventions, conferences, debates, seminars, exhibitions, screenings of films and documents, concerts, lectures, creative workshops, courses, cinema, photography, theater, writing, craft and art in general for children, teens, adults;

training activities: training courses theoretical and practical for educators, teachers, social workers, courses, institutions, study groups and research;

publishing: publishing a newsletter, publication of proceedings of conferences, seminars and studies and research carried out, publication of texts and photographs.

media activity: making videos, movies, photography, cd-rom, dvd, websites and blogs and other media serving the spread of technological culture.
Article 4. - The association Liberagiochi "is offered to all those interested in the realization of institutional purposes, they share the spirit and ideals.

ordinary members: persons or entities who agree to pay for the entire stay of the associative link, the annual fee established by the Governing Council;

Honorary members: persons, organizations or institutions that have contributed decisively with their work or their financial support or the formation of the ideal. They have character and are exempted from payment of allowances year.

Article 5. - The admission of ordinary members is decided on a written request countersigned by the applicant at least three members, the Governing Council.

Article 6. - All members are required to comply with the provisions of this statute and any rules, according to the decisions taken by bodies. Section 7. - All adult members are entitled to vote for the approval and amendment of the statutes and regulations and the appointment of officers of the association. The right to vote can not be excluded even in the event of temporary participation in community life.
Article 8. - The economic resources of the association shall consist of:

goods, immovable and movable;

contributions;

donations and bequests;

reimbursements;

marginal activities of commercial and productive

any other type of revenue.
Contributions of members shall be the annual membership fees, established by the Governing Council and any extraordinary contributions established by the Assembly, which will determine the amount.
The cash donations, donations and bequests shall be accepted by the Assembly, which decides on the use of them, in accordance with statutory purpose of the organization.
E 'may not distribute, even indirectly, profits or operating surpluses as well as funds, reserves or capital during the life of the Association, unless the use or distribution is required by law.
Article 9. - The fiscal year begins January 1 and ends December 31 of each year.
The Governing Council shall prepare the budget and the final balance.
The budget and final accounts must be approved by the shareholders each year for the month of April.
It must be filed with the office of the Association within 15 days prior to the session to be inspected by each member.
Article 10. - The bodies of the Association are:
Art. 11. - The general assembly is the key moment of confrontation, which would ensure the proper management of the Association and is composed of all members, each of whom has one vote, whatever the value of the share. Article 13. - The Board is composed of 3 to 7 members, elected by the Assembly from among its members.

Article 14. - The Governing Council is the executive body. "Liberagiochi. It meets on average 2 times a year and is convened by:
The Governing Council shall have all powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration. In the ordinary

Today I experienced one of the experiences that a lover of good beer have to try: a tasting of craft beers. Skeptical at first, I had to change my mind very well organized event by the staff of " But you came to Fà " and "Bir & Fud" (Via Benedetta). The menu is very rich, ranging from Bavarian specialties, sandwiches, from salads to desserts, from bruschetta to cold cuts and cheeses. Definitely worth trying at least once the ice cream maker
